LP7Client is a package of 3 applets designed to ease the development and deployment of online signing applications.
With LP7Client, you can give any Internet user equipped with a Java(tm) compatible browser, the ability to load an LP7 document from a web server, view its original content (for example, an XML or PDF file), check the signatures affixed on the document and their elements of traceability, sign the document with his or her personal signature or countersign any particuliar signature, and then return the signed document to the server or save it on his or her computer.
LP7Client is delivered with applets enabling the user to generate his or her own personal signature (LPGenCert), use it for strong authentification to a website (LPAuth), and to sign LP7 documents on line (LP7Client).
The applets are customizable to be adapted to your needs.
The licence cost for using and distributing the LP7Client applets package depends on the size and type of the target population: intranet, extranet or Internet users.
LP7Server is at the center of Lex Persona's software architecture. With LP7Server you can access the full power of the LP7 APIs. Developped in Java(tm), LP7Server allows enterprises to build digital signing applications using a set of executable classes to create, sign, countersign, verify LP7 files, to extract and view their content and check their elements of traceability.
With the concept of a transactional token, a finance and administration officer can delegate his or her digital signature in complete trust: it will be validated only if activated by the systems operator who can guarantee the automation of the process.
With the LP7Server control and verification classes of X509V3 certificates, you can design applications which interact in a powerful way with your end users: dynamic generation of self-signed certificates, online signing, strong user authentication, verifications of signatures affixed on a document, etc.
All these features are only a few examples of the power put at the disposal of your business applications to easily integrate digital signatures and help you convert your legal paper documents to a secure electronic format.
You will thus be able to rapidly reduce your paper costs and benefit from the increased productivity associated with the exchange of legal electronic documents.
LP7Server is available on all Java(tm) compatible platforms, starting with version 1.4 and above.
The one-time licence cost for LP7Server is based on the number of original documents created by the platform, estimated on an annual bases.
